College of Education. The Maluk Educational Health & Charitable Trust, 49, Raja Colony, Collector Office Road, Tiruchirappalli - 620 001, started “M.A.M. College of Education from 2009-2010 with the approval of National Council for Teacher Education and affiliated from Tamilnadu Teachers
Education University, Chennai with an approved intake of 100 students. To make his wish come true M.A.M. College of Education gives all the possible coaching and improves micro teaching skills. It conducts Citizenship Training Camp, Teaching practice, Sports Activities, Educational Tour and Field Trip. The College of Education is functioning in a separate building were constructed with all facilities, well equipped library and other subject laboratories for Computer Science, Physical Science, English Language, Psychology, Work experience and educational technology. The Institutions have Hostels separately for female and male students. The Mess provides all varieties of food as the student’s desire. If a student joins in the Institution he/ she is sure to come out successfully with all crediability. VISION

1. To develop the competency to teach the subject
of one’s specialization on the basis of accepted
Principles of learning and teaching in the
context of the new school curriculum.
2. To develop the skills required for effective teaching
and the skills in utilizing different media and library
resources in the teaching -learning process.
3. To enable the teacher traines develop the right
attitude to (a) work (b) socially useful productive
work(c) towards community and (d) towards all round
growth.
4. To provide sufficient theoretical and practical
knowledge of health, hygiene, physical
education, games, recreational activities and
creative abilities.
5. To enable the teacher trainees understand the
pupils, guide and counsel them in solving their
personal and academic problems.
6. To enable the teacher trainees undertake
action research to solve their professional
problems.
7. To enable the teacher trainees develop the skills
related to Information and Communication
Technology and to understand the latest trends
