Natarajan Chandrasekaran, popularly known as ‘Marathon Man’ and an alumnus of NIT Trichy, has been picked among the 17 Padma Bhushan awardees this year. Alongside other popular names, he will be receiving the third-highest civilian award in the Trade and Industry category.
Chandrasekaran completed his Master of Computer Applications in 1987 and joined TCS as an intern subsequently that year. Over the course of time, he has paved his way to an illustrious career and currently holds the position of the Chairperson of the Board at Tata Sons.
NIT Trichy congratulates this achievement of his and wishes him the very best for the future.
