Geetanjali Dental & Research Institute is organising a Student Wellness Session on 23rd October 2026, featuring Dr. Uma Nair, an alumna of GDRI who completed her BDS in 2020.

Dr. Uma Nair holds an MBA from Shri Venkateswara University and a Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching from IISDT. She is also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, ICCC-Certified Career Coach, Certified EFT Practitioner, and certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Sharing knowledge and strengthening research skills are essential to advancing healthcare.

Dr. Abhishek Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Geetanjali University, was invited as Resource Faculty for the workshop “Randomized Controlled Trial: Research Methods and Biostatistics” at AIIMS Rishikesh on 16th October 2026, as part of World Trauma Week.

The workshop brought together 42 participants from diverse healthcare disciplines. Sessions covered the complete RCT research process, including research idea development, protocol preparation, statistical analysis, result interpretation, hands-on SPSS training, and critical appraisal of research protocols.
