महाशिवरात्रि की हार्दिक शुभकामनायें। भगवान शिव की दिव्य कृपा से ये महापर्व आपके जीवन में खुशियां, समृद्धि और शांति लेकर आये।।✨
इस रात, ग्रह का उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध (Northern Hemisphere) इस प्रकार अवस्थित होता है कि मनुष्य भीतर ऊर्जा का प्राकृतिक रूप से ऊपर की और जाती हैं। वैसे तो शिवरात्रि हर महीने आती है परन्तु भारतीय कैलेंडर में माघ (फरवरी/मार्च) के महीने में पड़ने वाली शिवरात्रि को महाशिवरात्रि कहा जाता है क्योंकि इस दिन खास तौर पर प्रकृति मानव शरीर में ऊर्जा को बढ़ाने में सहायता करती है।

🌿 चूँकि इस रात्रि का सबसे बड़ा महत्व यह है कि इस दिन मानव शरीर में ऊर्जा ऊपर की ओर बढ़ती है इसलिए रात भर रीढ़ को सीधा रखना बहुत सी संभावनाएं खोलता है। अतः पूरी रात्रि मनाए जाने वाले इस उत्सव में इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाता है कि ऊर्जाओं के प्राकृतिक प्रवाह को गहन होने का पूरा अवसर मिले और सभी अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखते हुए निरंतर रात भर जागते रहें।
