Under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Debashish Pal, Principal of Uluberia College, a tree plantation initiative was commemorated on World Environment Day at a location adjacent to Uluberia Railway Station. This endeavor was a collaborative effort between the Sanskrit Department of Uluberia College and the 'Amra' family.
This event brought together key stakeholders, including:
• Imtiaz Ahmed, Officer-in-Charge of the Railway Protection Force, Uluberia
• Debasish Mandal, Station Superintendent
• Dr. Hemant Tripathi, Head of the Sanskrit Department, Uluberia College
• Kalyanashis Nayak, General Secretary of Amra
• Tapas Rana, Executive Vice President of Amara
• Faculty members from the Sanskrit Department: Dr. Indranil Mukherjee, Mr. Sujoy Bag, Ms. Munmun Paul, and Mrs. Susmita Pandit
• Students and esteemed members of the Amra family.
This event not only underscored the importance of environmental conservation but also fostered a sense of community engagement and responsibility among participants.
