The MIIC Team कर्तव्य conducted the Orientation Programme to formally welcome the first-year students and introduce them to the vision, objectives, and functioning of the Mechanical Industrial Interaction Cell.

The session focused on providing foundational insights into MIIC’s role in bridging academic learning with industry exposure. Students were briefed on various initiatives, including industrial interactions, internships, skill-development activities, and structured programs aimed at holistic professional growth.

Key upcoming initiatives and platforms were also introduced to ensure students remain informed and engaged with opportunities that support continuous learning and development.

In response to the recent and deeply tragic loss of a third-year student, our student community took a heartfelt initiative to organize a seminar on stress management and emotional well-being. This marked the first session in a student-led mental health awareness series that aims to create safe spaces for dialogue and support every semester.

The goal of this initiative is to strengthen communication among students, faculty, and mental health professionals, while empowering individuals to recognize and address mental health challenges with empathy and openness.

400+ Students attended the seminar and were encouraged by messages, that offered students practical tools and insights on managing academic stress, building emotional strength, and seeking support when needed.

We believe that talking about stress is not a weakness but a strength, and that together, we can build a healthier, more empathetic student environment. With events like these, we move one step closer to breaking the silence and embracing support.

Today was focused on mastering group discussions, refining posture, and perfecting speaking styles for the best performance and winning the group discussions. Day 3 of C2C 5.0 came to an end with topics like Stress management, Time management and Emotional intelligence. These skills have significance in both our corporate life and personal life. It's our pleasure to get the opportunity to learn these skills.
