𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 with Yogacharya Dr.Vishal Gandhi conducted a guided yoga and meditation session that included various breathing exercises, poses, and relaxation techniques. The session focused on helping participants connect with their breath, stretch their bodies, and find inner peace and strength. The session concluded with a final relaxation exercise and a brief discussion about the benefits of regular practice.
