As a part of the Mumbai Leadership Tour, our students had an incredible opportunity to meet and hear from Filmmaker, Producer, and Director Karan Johar at the I.I.M.U.N.’s Role Model Series conclave, where he shared powerful perspectives on storytelling, growth, and self-acceptance. Reflecting on cinema as a medium that shapes emotions, culture, and generations, he encouraged students to rise above negativity, focus on creativity, and find strength in authenticity because “great stories come from honesty and emotion.” His insights on inner peace, resilience, and embracing one’s own journey left the audience inspired to lead with confidence and clarity. He also reminded the audience that, “being alone is not a weakness. Self-acceptance builds strength and clarity.” 📽️

Taking learning beyond the classroom, our students explored the real-world workings of the aviation industry during their Aviation Tour to Bangalore. ✈️

At the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, students explored aviation management, leadership, decision-making, and career opportunities through sessions with Dr. Venkatesh Chari and Mr. Biju Nanukuttan. The learning further continued at Star Air with insights into airline operations, airport coordination, and leadership from Mr. Vijay Chakravarthy and Mr. Bopanna, while the visit to Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) provided practical exposure to cargo handling, logistics standards, safety procedures, and ground operations teamwork.💯

Each session offered practical industry exposure, helping students understand the dynamic nature of aviation while inspiring them to approach their future careers with confidence and professionalism. 🙌🏼
