On day 3, our freshers learned one of the most
underrated career skills of the 2026 job market —
how to build a resume that actually gets read. 📄

The truth most students discover too late?

Recruiters spend an average of 7 seconds on your
resume. Seven. That's less time than it takes to
open your DMs. ⏱️

So on Day 3 of the Foundation First workshop, we
made every second count.

Here's what we covered:

📌 Resume structure that recruiters actually scan —
layout, hierarchy, whitespace
📌 Content that converts — action verbs, quantifiable
achievements, ATS-friendly formatting
📌 The Do's and Don'ts — from font choices to grammar
