And just like that, 7 days of learning came to a beautiful close. ❤️

Today marked the Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the Employability Excellence Workshop 2026 at BITE — a moment of recognition, gratitude, and quiet pride.
Our Honourable Director, Prof. O.P. Rai, blessed our students with his inspiring words of wisdom, encouraging them to keep learning, keep growing, and to carry forward the values they have built over the past week. ✨

Every participant received a Certificate of Participation — a small piece of paper that holds a big story behind it. A story of showing up daily, listening attentively, practicing diligently, and transforming visibly. 🎓

The room today wasn't just filled with applause. It was filled with smiles, photographs, hugs, and the kind of warmth that only comes when a journey ends well.
Heartfelt thanks to Director Sir, our dedicated faculty, our facilitators, and most importantly — our students, who made these seven days unforgettable.

Today, the Employability Excellence Workshop 2026 at BITE drew to a close — and what a journey it has been.

The final day was dedicated to Mock Interviews, led personally by our Honourable Director, Prof. O.P. Rai. Students experienced real-time interviews — from the moment they entered the room to the moment they exited — guided through confidence, body language, communication, and interview etiquette. 🎯

What made the day truly special was Director Sir's personal attention to every single student — patient feedback, gentle corrections, and warm encouragement that built confidence in real time. ❤️
Students walked out overwhelmed with gratitude. Some had tears. Many had clarity. All had transformed.

Six days of preparation led to today's most defining session conducted personally by our Director, Prof. O.P. Rai. ✨

From the moment you walk in, to the words you speak, to how you exit the room — every detail was unpacked with the wisdom of decades in education and leadership.

What students learned today:
✓ How to prepare before the interview — research, mindset, presentation
✓ How to conduct yourself during — etiquette, communication, composure
✓ How to follow up after — the unwritten rules most candidates miss

Director Sir's guidance reminded students that interviews aren't tests of memory — they are conversations of character.

On 7th May 2026, the new Management Committee of Banaras Institute of Teacher's Education was constituted at the Institute's auditorium under the Chairmanship of Dr. Chandrika Rai, Chairman, Purwanchal Educational Trust.

The proceedings were observed by Prof. K.K. Singh, Department of Social Work, nominated by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi.

Day 5: Where Knowing Becomes Doing 🎤

If the past four days taught our students what to say and how to present themselves, today asked the harder question — can you do it under pressure, in a room full of opinions?

Day 5 of the Employability Excellence Workshop 2026 took the classroom into the arena.

The session opened with a rich discussion on Group Discussion skills — the do's, the don'ts, how to listen actively, how to enter without interrupting, and how to lead without dominating.

Then came the real test: a Mock GD with random topics, real participants, and zero rehearsal. ⚡
What unfolded was a beautiful display of communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and quiet confidence — the very skills that recruiters look for, but rarely teach. ✨

Five days in. And our students aren't just learning anymore — they're performing. 🚀
