It is my pleasure to introduce Rubicon; Rubicon was incepted with a dream of a world where every youth has the power to transform lives for themselves and others around them. We strongly believe that every youth has the potential to make a difference in their personal lives as well as the community around them. We build competencies, which would help youth seek careers and prosper in their career of choice. We bring excitement into learning by developing and harnessing their curiosity and intrinsic motivation for learning.
We are pleased to announce Rubicon's "Short Term Industry Ready Training Program for Graduates" in collaboration with one of the top technology companies DXC Technology and Nasscom Foundation.
As part of the program any student who has completed a BCA, BCom, BSc., B.A, BBA course and intends to pursue a career as an ITO or in Insurance Operations will be trained as per the curriculum/skills required by Corporates to meet their entry level talent requirements. program is being launched with limited no of colleges in India.
The program consists of the following elements
Training on in-demand Domains (ITO / Insurance Operations)
Certification after training completion
Placement Support
Eligible Students will be as follows :-
1. Gender – Male/Female
2. Courses – BCA / BCom, BSc, BA,BBA (All Branches)
3. Pass out year – 2022
4. Percentage - Preferably 60% in Graduation,12th and 10th
Potential benefits to students

Note: 1)We would like to clarify that this being a CSR Program by DXC Technology and hence neither the college nor the students need to pay for this program.
2) Attached is the sample certificates the final certificate might be different.
3) Training has be completed by 27 March 22 and training is of 120 hrs ( 8 hrs Daily for 15 Days or 6 hrs Daily for 20 days).
