విశ్వోదయ ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాలలో మంగళవారం జాతీయ నులి పురుగుల నివారణ దినం (నేషనల్ డీ వార్మింగ్ డే) సందర్భంగా వెంకటగిరి నియోజకవర్గ MLA శ్రీ కురుగొండ్ల రామకృష్ణ గారి చేతుల మీదుగా కళాశాలలోని విద్యార్థులకు ఆల్బెండజోల్ మాత్రలను పంపిణీ చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రతి విద్యార్థి సంవత్స రంలో రెండుసార్లు నులి పురుగుల నివారణకు ఆల్బెండజోల్ టాబ్లెట్లు వాడాలని సూచించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో కళాశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్ విజయ శేఖరం,రెడ్ రిబ్బన్ క్లబ్ సమన్వయ కర్త డాక్టర్ ఎం. వెంకట సుబ్బయ్య, ఎన్ఎస్ఎస్ ప్రోగ్రాం ఆఫీసర్ డాక్టర్ వై మాల్యాద్రి, వైద్యులు డాక్టర్ రవితేజ, ఏఎన్ఎం చంద్రిక, కళాశాల అధ్యాపకులు, విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

A Job Mela was organized at Visvodaya Government Degree College, Venkatagiri, on 12th August 2025 in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Corporation. The programme was inaugurated by Venkatagiri Constituency MLA, Sri Kurugondla Ramakrishna garu.

In this job drive, a total of 236 candidates participated, out of which 108 candidates were successfully selected for various positions in reputed companies.
