Life, as we value it, should be celebrated, explored, and expanded.
But most of the time, it doesn’t happen — and the primary reason is the education system in our country.
A child is born and automatically enrolled into a 24-year-long training program designed to make them fit into the current industrial structure of the nation. But is that all a child is supposed to become? Just one more worker who dedicates their entire life to the industry?
Even if we believe that a child deserves more than that — where is the option to explore anything beyond it?
Who is responsible?
A system has been built where a child spends the first 24 years of life — nearly one-third of their entire life and half of their active life — going through a training process.
And for what? Just to earn a living?
As Sadhguru says, even an ant — with a brain a million times smaller than a human’s — is capable of earning its living.
So what exactly is this process meant for?
Educational institutions are supposed to be temples of exposure — places that give students access to life, knowledge, the findings of past generations, and meaningful connections with their own generation — so that collectively, they can move humanity forward.
But instead, what we have today are donkey training institutions — where students are locked into rigid systems, trained to perform a single task, useful only to their ‘masters’.
These are not temples of exploration — they have become jails of enclosure.
They don’t want to experiment with new methodologies. They’ve become so stagnant that they’re even afraid to explore or integrate new technologies.
They’ve turned into marketing teams, racing only to increase their admission numbers.
How can a student benefit from such institutions — just by sitting alone in a classroom and blindly following their internal curriculum?
How can institutions ever gain the courage to bring about changes that truly impact their students’ lives?
How can they transform from donkey-making factories into exposure temples?
There is a way.
The way is IQATOMS.
