📢 Free Medical Camp for Faculty Members @ ESCON

✨ Screening for hypertension and further necessary intervention were carried out for faculty members of E.S college of nursing. The screening program consists of checking BMI, Blood pressure, Random blood sugar, Hemoglobin and Urine albumin. After all these investigation staff had consultation with the chief quest for medical advice. 51 staff members were benefitted by this screening program.

📢 Ideas Generation Session - From Ward to Wisdom: Nursing Practice Idea Exchange

✨ An interactive and inspiring session was organized to encourage nursing students to transform real-life clinical challenges into innovative healthcare solutions. The event featured group discussions, idea generation activities, problem-solving presentations, and expert feedback sessions that empowered students to think critically and creatively about patient care, clinical skills, emotional stress, supervision, and workplace challenges.

✨ Students enthusiastically shared their experiences from clinical postings and proposed practical, innovative ideas aimed at improving nursing practice and patient outcomes.

✨ The session successfully fostered teamwork, innovation, communication skills, and reflective learning among future healthcare professionals.
