80th Independence Day Celebration at CTUAP 🇮🇳

Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm.

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. T. Srinivasan hoisted the National Flag in the presence of Registrar Prof. Jitendra Mohan Mishra, Finance Officer Prof. M. Saratchandra Babu, Librarian Dr. Shankar Reddy Kolle, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students.

The celebration reflected the spirit of unity, patriotism, and commitment towards the nation.

� CTUAP Celebrates 8th Foundation Day 🎉

The Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh proudly celebrated its 8th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm and academic spirit.

The celebration was graced by Padma Shri Chintalapati Venkatapathi Raju, Master Craftsman of Etikoppaka Wooden Toys, Andhra Pradesh, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao, Vice Chancellor, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, as the Guest of Honour.

The programme was presided over by Prof. T. Srinivasan, Vice Chancellor (I/c), CTUAP, who highlighted the University's commitment to excellence in higher education, research, and the empowerment of tribal communities.

The event brought together faculty members, officers, staff, students, and distinguished guests to celebrate eight years of the University's remarkable journey and achievements. The occasion reflected CTUAP's continued dedication to quality education, innovation, inclusivity, and nation-building.

On 2 June 2026, senior officials of the Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP), represented by Vice Chancellor In-Charge Prof. T. Srinivasan and Registrar In-Charge Prof. Jitendra Mohna Mishra, appeared before the Joint Parliamentary Committee chaired by Hon'ble Member of Parliament Smt. D. Purandeswari Devi Ji.

The University delegation presented its views and recommendations on the proposed *Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhisthan Bill, 2025*, contributing to the national dialogue on strengthening India's higher education framework in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat.

This engagement reflects CTUAP's commitment to academic excellence, inclusive education, and constructive participation in shaping the future of higher education in India.
