The bright green mango leaves adorning the doorsteps, flowers, and smiles as bright as them; Ugadi is a festival of rejuvenating life. The flavors of life being depicted by each taste of the prasadam we devour are the depiction of the battles of life we fight. Sometimes it is too sweet, sometimes it is more bitter than what we expect. Whatever be the flavor, we don't stop savouring it's taste, and so is life. Ugadi is a celebration of new beginnings and the coming back of old charms left forgotten.
