🌸 Workshop on Gender Equality 🌸
IFFW, SPDC successfully organized a “Workshop on Gender Equality” on 26th December 2025 at SPDC, Wardha. The programme was attended by both teaching and non-teaching staff, who actively participated and submitted pre-test and post-test forms.
A total of 35 beneficiaries participated in the workshop, achieving an impressive ALG score of 70%, reflecting effective learning outcomes.
🎤 The session was enriched by the expert insights of the esteemed speakers:
Dr. Mrunal Meshram, Dr. Priyanka Masram, Dr. Surekha Godbole, and Dr. Swati Patil.
✨ The event was successfully conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Swati Patil, Co-Convenor, IFFW, SPDC, DMIHER, emphasizing the importance of gender equality and inclusive professional practices.

✨ SPDC – Soap Carving & Slogan Competition ✨
On 16th October 2025, SPDC organized a Soap Carving and Slogan Competition on the occasion of Gender Equality Day, held at the Oral Pathology Practical Hall, SPDC, Wardha.
The event was open to all undergraduate students and interns, encouraging them to carve soaps and decorate them with meaningful slogans promoting gender equality. A total of 28 students actively participated.

We were honored to have Dr. Dipankar Shukla, Associate Professor, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, SPDC, as the judge. He selected the top three winners based on creativity, presentation, and relevance to the theme.

🏆 Winners:
🥇 Fatema Tabassum (1st BDS) – 1st Prize
🥈 Kuntal Gawande (2nd BDS) – 2nd Prize
🥉 Brijit Barla (1st BDS) – 3rd Prize

The winners were felicitated by Dr. Surekha Godbole, Convenor, IFFW, DMIHER.

The competition was successfully conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. Swati Patil (Co-Convenor, IFFW), along with Dr. Mrunal Meshram and the Gender Champions, SPDC.
