✨💊 Celebrating World Pharmacists Day 2026 at GRIP! ✨💊

Global Research Institute of Pharmacy (GRIP) celebrated World Pharmacists Day with enthusiasm, creativity and a shared commitment to better healthcare. This year’s theme, “Empowering Pharmacists for Healthier Futures,” reminded us that pharmacists guide patients, promote medicine safety and help communities make informed health decisions.

The celebration also embraced the Pharmacy Council of India’s mission, “स्वस्थ भारत: Combating Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR).” Dr. Neha Yadav addressed students on antimicrobial resistance and led a pledge to encourage the responsible use of antibiotics and other medicines.

Dr. Ashwani Kumar, Principal, addressed the gathering and encouraged students to recognise the responsibility that comes with becoming a pharmacist. His words inspired them to apply their knowledge with care and dedication.

The day came alive through the Herbs to Product Competition, Quiz Competition on Antimicrobial Resistance, Debate Competition, Poster and Slogan Writing Competitions, the exciting “Sell This Medicine: MR Challenge to Doctor,” Reel Making Competition and a vibrant Talent Hunt. 🌿🧠🎨🎤 These activities gave students the opportunity to think critically, express their ideas and showcase their talents beyond the classroom.

We applaud every participant for making the celebration memorable. May our future pharmacists continue to champion medicine safety, raise awareness about AMR and contribute to healthier communities. 💙

As part of National Pharmacovigilance Week, GRIP organized an engaging Poster Making & Slogan Writing Competition to inspire students to spread awareness about the importance of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety.

🎨 Through their creative posters and powerful slogans, participants beautifully expressed the message of “Safe Medicines, Safer Lives” and highlighted the vital role of reporting and monitoring adverse drug reactions.

🧠💊 Brains Buzzing, Cases Cracking & Learning in Action at GRIP! 💊🧠

As part of National Pharmacovigilance Week 2026, Global Research Institute of Pharmacy (GRIP) organized two engaging and knowledge-packed activities — a Quiz Competition 🏆 and a Case Challenge 🔍 — bringing learning, teamwork and patient-safety awareness together in an exciting way!

⚡ The Quiz Competition, conducted by Assistant Professors Mr. Jagdeep Singh and Mr. Vishal Chanalia, challenged the B.Pharm 6th Semester students to think fast, recall smart and test their knowledge of pharmacovigilance and medicine safety.

🔍 The Case Challenge, conducted by Assistant Professor Mr. Abhimanyu Anand and Mr. Vikas Kamboj gave the B.Pharm 4th Semester students an opportunity to analyse practical situations, discuss possible solutions and understand the importance of sound decision-making for safer medication use and patient care.

From rapid-fire answers to thoughtful case discussions, the enthusiasm and participation of our students made the activities truly lively and memorable! 🌟💡

As part of the celebration of National Pharmacovigilance Week (17th–23rd September 2026), Global Research Institute of Pharmacy, Radaur organized an insightful Expert Talk on “Pharmacovigilance in the Era of Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence” on 18th September 2026.
