Payam-e Noor University of Mashhad is a long-distance university and open college,located in Mashhad, Iran. Presently, PNU has 500 local study centers and campuses which are scattered throughout Iran, and administered under 32 provincial centers. It has also an international study center based in the university headquarters in Tehran named Office of Education under the Center for Education and International Collaborations. PNU has about 3,500 academic members and 1,000,000 students.
