Final Schedule - Call for Applications and Scholarships
The International Summer School on Historic Masonry Structures will be held in Anagni from the 30th of August 2021 to the 10th of September 2021.
Due to the ongoing Covid19 related restrictions, the number of participants is limited to 15-20 students, but the financial support of Regione Lazio and DTC Centro di Eccellenza allows to award 6 scholarships to the most motivated applicants!
The call for applications closes on the 30th of June!

Great News!

The 2021 Edition of the Summer School on Historic Masonry Structures is now supported also by Regione Lazio (through the Distretto Tecnologico Beni e Attività Culturali – Centro di Eccellenza https://dtclazio.it/)!
The funding received allows us to award 6 scholarships that will cover part of the course fee and that will be assigned on the basis of academic curriculum and motivation statement!
Despite the uncertainties related to Covid-19 and public health issues, the Organizing committee is trying to cope with the global situation and has decided to postpone the schedule to August 29th to September 12th.
The priority is to maintain a two-weeks intensive course experience in the safest condition, so we will monitor the developments of the pandemic and give you more updates by March 2021.

It is with great regret that the Organizing Committee of the International Summer School on Historic Masonry Structures decided that the third edition of the Summer School 2020 will be cancelled due to public health concerns related to the coronavirus epidemic.

The 4th Edition of the School will be held from June 14 to June 27, 2021.

IMPORTANT NOTICE DUE TO Covid-19 OUTBREAK

We are sorry to inform you that, due to the current COVID-19 epidemic, the Summer School on Historic Masonry Structures can not take place on the 14th to the 28th of June as originally planned.

To date, the unpredictable developments of the situation and the consequent Governments’ restriction on international travels and social distancing make it very difficult to reschedule it to the near future.

However, by May 15th, we will inform you on the final decision of the organizing committee, that is now considering the two options of postponing the School to September 2020 or
rescheduling it to June 2021.

The Historic Masonry Structures Summer School is an international advanced course open to passionate and enthusiastic students from all over the World.
Our alumni community is growing and spreading!
Students of the past two editions of the Summer School came from Germany, Mexico, Spain, Lebanon, Russia, Ciprus, Turkey, United States, United Kingdom, India, Greece, Switzerland, Taiwan, Brasil and Italy.
