🏞️ Cerchiamo una nuova casa per il nostro amato Proti 🐟❤️

Proti è un esemplare di Protopterus annectens e da 5 anni fa parte della nostra vita.
Con il suo respiro preistorico incanta chiunque lo incotri.

Stiamo cercando per lui una nuova casa definitiva:
può essere un privato appassionato, attento e preparato, oppure una struttura pubblica come uno zoo, un acquario o un ente di ricerca.

ℹ️Di cosa ha bisogno Proti:

una vasca di almeno 1m x 1m, con acqua dolce regolata a 26°C

alimentazione a base di wafer vegetali alle alghe (facilmente reperibili nei negozi di animali)

Proti è molto più di un semplice pesce: è un testimone vivente della storia naturale, un compagno silenzioso che ci ha insegnato la bellezza del tempo che scorre lento.

Se pensi di poter accogliere Proti e offrirgli cura e stabilità, contattaci.

A heartfelt thank you to the invitated speakers and all speakers, whose contributions made this event truly inspiring. The symposium featured a wealth of insightful presentations and vibrant discussions, a clear testament to the excellence and diversity in our field.
Special thanks to the many young scientists who actively participated, your energy and fresh perspectives are essential for shaping the future of research.
We are also deeply grateful to all our colleagues Stefania Gorbi, Maura Benedetti, Giorgia Gioacchini, and Eva Šatović Vukšić who joined us and made this symposium such a dynamic and enriching experience.

‼️‼️We are pleased to announce the Second virtual Symposium presented by the Molecular Phylogenetic Lab of the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences (DISVA), Polytechnic University of Marche.

The key theme is “ENvironmental cHANges, Conservation biology, and Evolution - ENHANCE”. The symposium is organized in two sessions “conservation biology” and “repetitive DNA” in animal species. The former aims to understand how genetic biodiversity is crucial for species resilience; the latter focuses on the role of “repetitive DNA” in shaping genomes and regulatory networks to allow species adaptation.‼️‼️
