Al termine della presentazione ci sarà una mostra di tutti i progetti degli ex studenti e attuali. Vi aspettiamo! 😄

Industrial Design restarts in presence!
This thesis carries out an all-round study of the world of silk, observed through different areas of specialization, with the aim of connecting a technological-digital dimension in the perspective of industry 4.0 through the conception of a machine that can allow anyone to produce their own silk; with a subjective and sensorial dimension through the creation of a web App able to guide in the design choice of a material, placing for the first time the perceptual dimension at the center of this choice, testifying the close link between the two realities, to be considered as indissoluble areas.

Industrial Design riparte in presenza!
Questa tesi realizza uno studio a tutto tondo del mondo della seta, osservato attraverso diverse aree di specializzazione, con l’obiettivo di connettere una dimensione tecnologica-digitale nell’ottica dell’industria 4.0 attraverso l’ideazione di una macchina che possa permettere a chiunque di produrre la propria seta; con una dimensione soggettiva e sensoriale attraverso la creazione di una web App in grado di guidare nella scelta progettuale di un materiale, ponendo per la prima volta la dimensione percettiva al centro di questa scelta, testimoniando lo stretto legame tra le due realtà, da considerare come ambiti indissolubili.

Oktagorà è un progetto realizzato durante il corso di Product, Space and Environment (A.A. 2020-2021) dagli studenti Giuseppe Del Frassino, Elisabetta Figliuolo e Marco Massafra sotto la guida dei Professori Santi Centineo e Francesco Martellotta.

La struttura modulare progettata per l'atrio centrale del Politecnico di Bari può assumere diverse configurazioni spaziali. Una configurazione centralizzata, che funge da struttura teatrale per spettacoli di vario tipo, e numerose configurazioni decentralizzate per mostre, esposizioni e spazi di convivialità.

Oktagorà è un progetto nato dalla necessità della comunità studentesca di tornare a vivere gli spazi universitari, resi distanti a causa della pandemia da Covid19, con l'obiettivo di implementarne il carattere culturale, sociale e formativo.

Oktagorà is a project carried out during the Product, Space and Environment course (A.A. 2020-2021) by the students Giuseppe Del Frassino, Elisabetta Figliuolo and Marco Massafra with the Professors Santi Centineo and Francesco Martellotta.

The modular structure designed for the central atrium of the Polytechnic of Bari can assume different spatial configurations. A centralized configuration, which acts as a theatrical structure for performances of various types, and numerous decentralized configurations for exhibitions and spaces of conviviality.

Oktagorà is a project born from the need of the student community to return to live university spaces, made distant due to the Covid19 pandemic, with the aim of implementing their cultural, social and educational character.

Dal 9 aprile si apre un ciclo di appuntamenti online promosso dal Dipartimento Progettisti ADI. Fino a giugno 2021 gli studenti delle università socie ADI potranno conoscere direttamente dalla voce di alcuni dei principali progettisti italiani (anch'essi soci ADI) le loro esperienze, le loro strategie professionali, le ragioni del successo dei loro progetti. Il programma si trova al seguente link https://www.adi-design.org/esperienze-strategie-successi.html e vede complessivamente tre mesi con oltre cinquanta incontri con gli studenti: un dialogo tra professionisti di oggi e di domani che intende mettere in luce le varie articolazioni che il design assume lungo i 1.300 chilometri della pen*sola e collegarne le esperienze in un profilo coerente del progetto Made in Italy.

A cycle of online appointments promoted by the ADI Design Department opens from 9 April. Until June 2021 the students of the ADI member universities will be able to know directly from the voice of some of the main Italian designers (also ADI members) their experiences, their professional strategies, the reasons for the success of their projects. The program can be found at the following link https://www.adi-design.org/esventure-strategie-successi.html and sees a total of three months with over fifty meetings with students: a dialogue between professionals of today and tomorrow that intends highlight the various articulations that design takes on along the 1,300 kilometers of the peninsula and link their experiences into a coherent profile of the Made in Italy project.

The 2nd Thessaloniki Design Week is organized in 2021, under the main theme of INNOVATION IN DESIGN.

All aspects of the event focus on the innovation, ingenuity and experience of young creators, aiming to redefine and develop every aspect of our lives, from economy and production to the environment and health, through the design of – large and small scale – products and services.
