🏆 The end of a Jessup season is nothing but the beginning of a Jessup season!

The topics for the Jessup 2027 Competition have officially been announced and they couldn't be more exciting! 🤩

Next year's problem will challenge teams to engage with some of the most pressing and complex issues in contemporary international law:

✔️ Allegations of gender apartheid
✔️ State responses to a mass influx of migrants seeking asylum
✔️ Sanctions designations generated by artificial intelligence
✔️ A coup d’état resulting in a government whose status within the international community remains contested.

We look forward to seeing how teams around the world will tackle these questions!

We are incredibly proud of representing our country at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

After months of dedication, research, and advocacy, they have taken the global stage, engaging with some of the brightest law students from around the world.

This journey is about more than competition—it's about passion for international law, teamwork, resilience, and the exchange of ideas across borders.

We are already so immensely proud!

Jessup Italy APS is a non-profit association (associazione di promozione sociale) through which the National Administrator and the Admin Team organise the Italian National Rounds of the Jessup Competition.

Becoming a member costs only 10 euro - help us supporting the next generation of Jessuppers, be part of something bigger!
