Meet Oscar – Software Engineer @ Würth IT Italy
Entrato quasi due anni fa come sviluppatore front-end per il prodotto NetEye, Oscar ha rapidamente ampliato le sue competenze esplorando entrambe le funzioni di back-end developer e DevOps. Oggi contribuisce allo sviluppo e alla manutenzione della piattaforma con un approccio versatile, sempre pronto ad affrontare nuove sfide tecnologiche.
Curiosità, passione per l’informatica e oltre 17 anni di esperienza lo accompagnano ogni giorno. Ciò che apprezza di più? Un ambiente che lascia spazio all’apprendimento continuo e incoraggia a sperimentare, crescere e trasformare nuove conoscenze in soluzioni concrete. 💻

Studierende, Absolvent:innen und Young Professionals haben dort die Möglichkeit, sich bei freiem Eintritt über Jobs, Praktika, Masterprogramme und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten zu informieren.

Erfahrung, Teamgeist und stetiges Lernen

Roland arbeitet seit fast 23 Jahren bei Würth IT Italy und bringt ein enormes Fachwissen in MS Dynamics 365 mit. Seine Aufgaben umfassen die Koordination des Teams, den Kontakt mit langjährigen Kunden und die Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei komplexen Projekten.

Besonders wertvoll ist für ihn der Austausch im Team: Je größer die Herausforderung, desto wichtiger ist es, gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden. Die Arbeit bei Würth IT Italy ist abwechslungsreich, weil ständig neue Fragen, Aufgaben und Herausforderungen auftauchen und damit die Chance, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Für Roland macht gerade dieser Mix aus Kundenkontakt, Teamarbeit und fortlaufendem Lernen den Job besonders spannend. 💻

🤝 Teamwork beginnt nicht erst im Meetingraum.
Bei Würth IT wissen wir: Gute Zusammenarbeit entsteht nicht nur durch Projekte und Prozesse, sondern vor allem durch Menschen. Deshalb hat Teambuilding bei uns einen festen Platz im Alltag.
Unser Arbeitsklima ist familiär, offen und wertschätzend. Die gemeinsame Kaffeepause ist dabei kein „Nice-to-have“, sondern ein echtes Ritual. Hier werden Ideen geboren, Herausforderungen besprochen oder einfach ein paar Lacher geteilt.
Denn am Ende gilt: Wer sich im Team wohlfühlt, arbeitet besser zusammen und genau das macht den Unterschied. ☕

💻 Backend mit Biss - Meet William
Seit dreieinhalb Jahren ist William Teil von Würth IT Italy und arbeitet in der R&D-Abteilung am Kern der Produkte. Als Backend-Developer entwickelt er zentrale Komponenten für Core-Softwares im NetEye Umfeld. Seit Kurzem unterstützt er außerdem die Weiterentwicklung von Satayo im Bereich IT-Security. 🚀

Einen typischen Arbeitstag gibt es kaum: Nach dem Stand-Up-Meeting um 9 Uhr reicht das Spektrum von neuen Features bis hin zu spontanem Debugging.

💻 Backend grintoso - Meet William
Da tre anni e mezzo William fa parte di Würth IT Italy e lavora nel team R&D in qualità di sviluppatore backend. Sviluppa componenti centrali per Core Software in ambiente NetEye. Di recente ha anche iniziato a supportare lo sviluppo di Satayo nel campo della sicurezza IT. 🚀

Non esiste una giornata lavorativa tipica: dopo lo stand-up meeting delle 9, le attività spaziano dall’implementazione di nuove funzionalità al debugging improvvisato.

Meet Mirko – Team Leader of the CDC at Würth IT Italy. 🔐
With teams in Bolzano and Milan, Mirko coordinates his colleagues and supports them in their daily cybersecurity analyses. Protecting more than 400 companies worldwide means facing evolving threats and constantly adapting to new challenges.
What motivates him most? Continuous learning. In cybersecurity, you never stand still. New tools, new risks, new solutions, every day brings something different.
His role is also international, with regular collaboration across the globe and upcoming projects in Chicago. For Mirko, cybersecurity is about teamwork, growth, and always staying one step ahead. 🚀

At Würth IT Italy, Eleonora helped Markus settle in when he joined as an ERP Business Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365. As his buddy, she guided him through the first steps, explained processes, introduced him to colleagues – and was always there when questions came up. A buddy is not a boss. It is someone who helps you feel welcome while growing into the new role with confidence.👭

Bei Würth IT Italy half Eleonora Markus, sich einzuleben, als er als ERP Business Consultant für Microsoft Dynamics 365 startete. Als sein Buddy begleitete sie ihn durch die ersten Schritte, erklärte Abläufe, stellte Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor – und war einfach da, wenn Fragen aufkamen.
