Last day of a so interesting occasion to meet each other, discuss, reflect and learn from the Universal Design community!

We close this edition with the fourth key note, Laura Nota.

She is full professor, Padova University, Larios Laboratory for career research and intervention director, University Centre for Disability and Inclusion former director (2010-2020), former Delegate for Rector for Inclusion and Disability (2015-2021). Working Group 'Inclusion and Social Justice’ Coordinator in the Network of the Italian Universities for Sustainable Development; Italian Society of Vocational Guidance President, European Society of Vocational Designing and Career Counseling past President, International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance editor. Representative of Padova Univ in UNITWIN NETWORK "Life Designing Interventions for Decent Work and Sustainable Development" - UNESCO Chair. Member of Italian University Rectors Conference (Crui) commission on vocational designing. MUR Technical-Scientific Committee component -PLS/POT 2021-2023 and Vocational Guidance Pnrr. Contrasting Inequalities Project partner of Inequality and Diversity Forum.

UD2022 second day!
Today we are pleased to host Oddbjørn Sørmoen e Stefano Dalla Torre!

Oddbjørn Magister Atrium in Art History, University of Oslo, Post
Master studies in Conservation and Architecture at Royal Institute of Art; Stockholm, and Master studies in Universal Design and Accessibility at Aalborg University, Copenhagen. He currently works for Church of Norway National Council, previously for the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, Norway, and English Heritage.
He has worked extensively with accessibility to cultural heritage and the history and maintenance of sacred architecture. He is co-founder of Future for Religious Heritage, Brussels.
Sørmoen has written and edited on Church Heritage and is coeditor of the annual book of National Trust of Norway. He edited Accessibility to Cultural Heritage, Nordic Perspectives, Nordic Council of Ministers, 2009, and coedited Accessibility as a Key Enabling Knowledge for Enhancement of Cultural Heritage,
FrancoAngeli 2016.

Stefano is Full professor of Restoration in Politecnico di Milano
since 2001, he served as the director of the ABC department
2013-2019 and is currently the president of Società Italiana per il Restauro dell’Architettura. Consultant of Regione Lombardia and Cariplo Foundation for policies on preventive and planned conservation and the Distretti culturali project. Principal Investigator of several scientific projects. Author of more than 360 publications.

UD 2022 has officially started with the first Key note Speaker Inger Marie Lid!

PhD, she is professor in public health and rehabilitation
at VID Specialized University, Faculty of Health Studies. She is head
of the Citizens Project CitPro, Citizenship for persons in vulnerable
life situations.
Lids research interests include: Human Rights and disability,
Universal Design, Ethics, co-production in research and gender. Lid
holds a PhD in contemporary theology and ethics from the University of Oslo, Faculty of Theology. Lid teaches political philosophy, perspectives on citizenship and disability, Universal design and CRPD.
Her most recent publications include the monograph “Universal design and citizenship (published in Norwegian) and the edited volume “Lived Citizenship for persons in vulnerable life situations. Theories and practices.”
