Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join an international summer school where you can not only expand your knowledge but also make new friends and explore different cultures? We’ve got great news — such an opportunity is happening this year in Riga!
We are offering 1 vacant spot for participation in an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) focused on Structural Health Monitoring — that is, assessing the technical condition of buildings and bridges. Students and lecturers from several countries will take part. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate for 3 ECTS.

📅 Programme dates:
Virtual part: June 30 – July 4, 2025 (lectures and group work preparation)
Physical part in Riga: September 8 – 12, 2025 (lectures, hands-on activities, group work, excursions, conference participation, and project presentation)

The Erasmus+ Call for Study is now available at

Erasmus+ and Unicas offer the opportunity to study abroad in one of our partner institutions to attend classes, take exams, research for the thesis, and socialize in a different cultural context.

To participate, you must apply through the student portal GOMP: select the ISCED code and the language competence level, and a list of the destinations that match your selection will show. You can choose up to 4 different destinations within one or several ISCED codes.

Recall that:
- there is no minimum language competence level required;
- there is great flexibility in the selection of the courses abroad, and the professors at Unicas are always available to help you in the selection;
- before the mobility, a "learning agreement" will be signed with the courses abroad and the guarantee that all of them will be recognized at Unicas;
- a scholarship of up to 950 EUR/month is available to partially cover the expense;
- you can also select destinations among the members of the EUt+ European Alliance (Unicas is a proud member), exploiting all the related advantages, including handy software to help you in the selection of the courses (https://info-mobility.univ-tech.eu/en/study/programmes).
