How can systems thinking help align conservation goals with local livelihoods—especially in fragile, high-stakes ecosystems like the Galápagos?
This webinar brings together two international experts in market systems development and blue economy to explore practical approaches, real-world trade-offs, and actionable lessons for sustainable economic development.
🎙️ Speakers
Luca Crudeli — Italian economist & international development consultant (20+ years) working at the intersection of blue economy, market systems, and marine conservation. He has designed and managed programmes for USAID, the World Bank, FCDO, and AusAID across 15+ countries, with deep field experience including Ecuador’s Galápagos. Founder of Marine Market Systems, focused on inclusive and sustainable blue growth.
Dan L. — Market Systems Development Consultant with 15 years’ experience building sustainable, inclusive, resilient economies, with long-term work in complex environments (notably Haiti, northern Mozambique, eastern DR Congo).
