Ti invito all’evento “Digitale a KM Ø, l’Università di Firenze incontra le imprese per Tuscany X.0”.
L’evento si terrà martedì 15 ottobre 2024 ore 9.30 presso Università degli Studi di Firenze in Viale Morgagni, Firenze.
Tre gruppi di ricerca universitari che lavorano su tematiche digitali si presenteranno alle imprese del territorio illustrando risorse, competenze e servizi che potranno essere messi a disposizione delle imprese gratuitamente, per accompagnarle nella trasformazione digitale, grazie al contributo del progetto Tuscany X.0.
A conclusione delle presentazioni, le aziende potranno parlare con i referenti dei laboratori universitari per confrontarsi sulla fattibilità di un percorso personalizzato costruito sui propri bisogni.

Study of AI tools for the automatic generation of scenarios for the resolution of critical conditions in complex geolocated structures.

Decision support systems are experiencing a high acceleration also in territorial areas such as smart cities, mobility, local services. Faced with the identification of critical conditions, we find ourselves having to make hypotheses in order to be able to produce feasible scenarios based on multiple objectives, constrained multitargets. Generative AI tools, on graphs that present KPI measurement points with time series, are complex neuro-symbolic aspects to be solved through AI and XAI techniques, being in any case decision support systems. The applications are to smart cities, mobility and transport, environment.

Study of artificial intelligence techniques integrated with visual analytics and business intelligence tools at support of PA decisions.

Visual analytics and business intelligence tools allow PA to create data visualizations such as charts and interactive maps that help identify trends and relationships between data. The areas are environmental, mobility and transportation, energy, social consensus, strategic planning, and digital twin of the city. Such tools are essential when integrated with AI/XAI what-if analysis systems as they help to extract value from data and make data-driven decisions, anticipating future trends and reacting effectively.

Florence Tracks Tourism Using Thermal Cameras & IoT Platforms
A handful of cities across the EU have turned to IoT to better manage tourism. It’s an initiative part of the EU-funded Herit Data project In this video, we head to one of the test sites: Florence, Italy. Axis has deployed thermal cameras to track the flow of people. The thermal cameras connect to the Snap4City IoT platform, which collects and aggregates data across city services.
