The 2026 edition of the AMPAH conference has officially come to a close. 🏛️✨
It has been an intense and deeply rewarding three days, filled with inspiring exchanges among PhD students and early career researchers who brought incredible energy to every session.
Centered on the theme "From Silence to Speech", this edition explored how the marginalized and unspoken aspects of antiquity can provide powerful historical insights, while fully achieving its mission to offer a safe, inclusive, and interdisciplinary space for early career scholars to network and debate.
The conference was also an opportunity to connect outside the lecture halls. The guided tour of Lecce and the social dinner were wonderful moments for informal discussion and networking, allowing participants to discover and appreciate the cultural heritage of the Salento region.
The success of this initiative is the result of a great team effort. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to:

- The Director of the Papirological Museum, Prof. Paola Davoli, for warmly welcoming the event and for the continuous support.
