bags maniacs
In Milan: trend hub
Since 1927 Along the years our core courses have always been the technical classes.

Today we organize design and marketing classes too but we strongly believe that everything starts from a deep knowledge of materials and components, of technical constructions, manufacturing and engineering techniques.

An Dejongh, civil engineer by education with a university level teaching experience, came to Arsutoria with an interesting background on shoe making and, with great passion and dedication, took it to the next level by creating an interesting collection and by developping a very well crafted final project: a boot.

Inspired by the principles of Mexican minimalism, this boot investigates spatiality through refined construction and carefully balanced proportions. Contrasting details create visual tension, subtly redefining the archetype of the boot without compromising its identity. Have a look at her final steps into project and product development - as she says:

"During the design course, I expanded my knowledge of design and was introduced to various design programs... What truly stood out to me is the technical path, I highly recommend it. It significantly deepened my understanding of patternmaking"

As a recent Shoe 1-Year Diploma graduate, we are confident she will build an exciting career within footwear!
