🌱 Competenze, collaborazione e impatto sociale: prende il via la sesta edizione di , in collaborazione con l’Associazione Gianluca Spina ETS.

Anche quest'anno Alumni, faculty e staff di POLIMI GSoM hanno scelto di mettere le proprie competenze al servizio di organizzazioni che ogni giorno operano per costruire una società più equa e inclusiva.

L'edizione 2026 rivolta alla Community POLIMI GSoM vede attualmente coinvolti 94 Alumni, 22 docenti e 24 membri dello staff, impegnati in 20 progetti a supporto di 17 organizzazioni non-profit attive in Italia e a livello internazionale. Questi progetti, che termineranno a fine 2026, si aggiungono a 2 progetti svolti in collaborazione con JEMP e a nuovi progetti che verranno sviluppati con UPF Barcelona School of Management.

Grazie ai nostri partner e a tutte le persone della Community POLIMI GSoM che scelgono di lasciare il segno, trasformando esperienza, competenze e altruismo in un aiuto concreto per il Terzo Settore.

🌱 Skills, collaboration and social impact: the sixth edition of , organised in collaboration with Associazione Gianluca Spina ETS, is now underway.

Once again, alumni, faculty and staff from POLIMI GSoM have chosen to put their skills and expertise at the service of organisations working every day to build a more equitable and inclusive society.

The 2026 edition currently involves 94 alumni, 22 faculty members and 24 staff members, engaged in 20 projects supporting 17 non-profit organisations operating in Italy and internationally. Alongside these initiatives, two projects have been carried out in collaboration with JEMP, while new activities will be developed with UPF Barcelona School of Management.

Thank you to our partners and everyone in our community who chooses to leave their mark through meaningful support for the non-profit sector.

Sabato si è tenuto al nostro Campus Milano Navigli l’evento ‘Spark Your Future | Il futuro nasce dalle idee’, un’iniziativa dedicata ai ragazzi e alle ragazze tra i 14 e i 19 anni e alle loro famiglie, organizzata con il contributo del Club Alumni Corporate Innovation e del Club Alumni Entrepreneurship.

Attraverso due workshop dedicati e una sfida su come contrastare il calo della lettura tra le nuove generazioni, i partecipanti hanno lavorato in gruppo per trasformare idee in proposte innovative, sviluppando pensiero critico, spirito di iniziativa e capacità di collaborazione.

Nel corso dell’evento, i nostri speaker Felipe Aguilera Pereyra – Senior Manager presso PwC, Enrico Bellazzecca – Associate Dean for Sustainability and Impact, Erika Ciarletti – Strategic Cost Manager presso Gruppo Cassa Centrale, Andrea Conte – Startup Mentor, Antonio Ghezzi – Docente presso POLIMI GSoM e Enrica Serra – HR Labour Cost, Compensation & Benefit Senior Professional presso GLS Italy, hanno condiviso esperienze, competenze e prospettive con i giovani partecipanti.

Una giornata all’insegna della creatività e dell’apprendimento pensata per avvicinare le nuove generazioni al mondo dell’innovazione e dell’imprenditorialità.

Last Saturday, our Milano Navigli Campus hosted “Spark Your Future | The future starts with ideas”, an initiative dedicated to young people aged 14 to 19 and their families. Organised with the support of the alumni Corporate Innovation Club and the alumni Entrepreneurship Club, the event featured interactive workshops and a team challenge focused on tackling the decline in reading among younger generations. Participants developed innovative ideas while strengthening their critical thinking, initiative and collaboration skills, and had the opportunity to learn from professionals and academics who shared their experiences and insights.

‘CONNECT – The Future of Work’ torna al nostro Campus Milano Navigli!

Oltre 100 studenti e studentesse degli Executive MBA 2025 hanno avuto l’opportunità di incontrare più di 20 società di Executive Search e Head Hunting in un evento dedicato al networking, al confronto e alla crescita professionale.

Organizzato dal nostro Career Development Center, l’evento ha offerto agli studenti e alle studentesse una preziosa occasione per entrare in contatto diretto con alcuni dei principali protagonisti del settore, condividere esperienze, prospettive, visioni e approfondire le dinamiche di un mercato del lavoro in continua evoluzione.

Un momento di incontro e dialogo che conferma il valore del networking nello sviluppo di nuovi percorsi professionali.

‘CONNECT – The Future of Work’ brought together over 100 Executive MBA participants from the Class of 2025 and more than 20 Executive Search and Head-Hunting firms at our Milano Navigli Campus.

Organised by our Career Development Centre, the event provided a valuable opportunity for students to connect directly with industry professionals, exchange insights and explore new perspectives on the job market.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di approfondire il mondo del Fractional Management insieme a Fractional Manager Italia, esplorandone l’evoluzione del mercato, le principali opportunità per manager e professionisti senior e i diversi modelli di collaborazione con aziende, PMI e investitori.

Un confronto ricco di spunti con Ilaria Agostinelli, Co Founder di Fractional Manager Italia, e Giorgia Pantaloni, People Operations Manager di Fractional Manager Italia, che hanno condiviso esperienze concrete, casi di collaborazione e prospettive sul futuro di questo modello professionale.

L'incontro si è concluso con un momento di networking e confronto, offrendo ai nostri studenti e alle nostre studentesse degli Executive MBA, insieme a numerosi Alumni e Alumnae, l'opportunità di approfondire ulteriormente il tema e dialogare direttamente con le ospiti su sfide e opportunità di un modello sempre più rilevante nel panorama manageriale contemporaneo.

Our executive MBA participants, together with several alumni, had the opportunity to explore the evolving world of Fractional Management with Fractional Manager Italia, gaining insights into market trends, opportunities for senior professionals, and emerging collaboration models. Oggi abbiamo aperto le porte della nostra Business School in occasione del Fall Open Day presso il nostro Campus Milano Navigli: una giornata dedicata a conoscere più da vicino i nostri programmi, la nostra Community e le prospettive di crescita che possono accompagnare il proprio sviluppo professionale.

Dalle experiential session con i membri della faculty alle presentazioni dei programmi, dal confronto con i direttori e le direttrici, il recruitment team e i career advisor alle testimonianze dei nostri Alumni e delle nostre Alumnae, la giornata ha offerto diverse occasioni per scoprire cosa significa vivere un percorso nella nostra Scuola.

Purpose Day 2026 si è ufficialmente concluso.

È stato un piacere accogliere oltre 1.800 persone, tra presenza e online, al Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber per una giornata di confronto, idee e prospettive sul rapporto tra Purpose e tecnologia.

Realizzato anche quest’anno in collaborazione con la Business School HEC Paris e il suo Purpose Center, Purpose Day 2026 ha riunito leader d’impresa, accademici, innovatori e professionisti attorno al tema “Driving Technology to Shape Meaningful Futures”, per esplorare come insieme possiamo guidare il progresso tecnologico verso futuri più significativi.

Sul palco si sono alternati diversi interventi su human agency, intelligenza artificiale, leadership, trasformazione del business e ruolo della tecnologia nella società. Durante la giornata sono stati inoltre presentati i nuovi risultati dell’Osservatorio Purpose in Action e celebrati i vincitori dell’edizione 2026 di Leave Your Mark.

Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro Presidente Vittorio Chiesa per aver aperto i lavori della giornata, al nostro Dean Federico Frattini per aver accompagnato la premiazione dell'edizione 2026 di Leave Your Mark e alla moderatrice dell’evento, Barbara Carfagna, per aver guidato il confronto sul palco insieme ai relatori e alle relatrici.

Purpose Day 2026 has officially come to a close. Held in collaboration with HEC Paris and its Purpose Center, this year’s edition, Driving Technology to Shape Meaningful Futures, brought together business leaders, academics, and professionals to explore the relationship between Purpose and technology.

The event featured discussions on AI, human agency, leadership and business transformation, alongside the latest Purpose in Action Observatory findings and the Leave Your Mark 2026 awards.

Idee, spunti e confronto sono stati al centro dell’ultimo workshop in presenza dedicato alla Corporate Education Community (CEC), una sessione organizzata in vista del convegno di novembre.

Durante la giornata, grazie ai contributi di Mauro Mancini, Docente di Project Management al Politecnico di Milano, e Costanza Mariani, Assistant Professor di POLIMI School of Management, abbiamo esplorato le principali evidenze della ricerca. Il cuore del workshop è stato il Framework CHECK (Confirm, Hypothesise, Exemplify, Connect, Key Action) e il lavoro in gruppo, che ha permesso di mettere in relazione i risultati dell’analisi con esempi, connessioni e possibili leve d’azione.

È stata una giornata di lavoro focalizzata sul passaggio cruciale “Dal dato quantitativo al sensemaking collettivo”. Siamo partiti dagli spunti di ricerca e dall’analisi descrittiva di quattro ambiti chiave – Organizational Drivers, Education Design, Competence Development, Workforce Readiness – per arrivare a una riflessione condivisa su ciò che i dati raccontano e sulle domande che aprono per il lavoro futuro.

Un grazie a tutti i partecipanti per il confronto e i contributi che hanno alimentato il lavoro della Community. Ci vediamo a novembre!

A day to celebrate the journeys of our MBA and EMBA graduates. 🎓

Today, we celebrated the Graduation Day at Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber in Milan, bringing together our MBA and EMBA participants for an afternoon of celebration, recognition and shared moments.
The programme unfolded across three moments – MAKE, CONNECT and IGNITE – reflecting some of the experiences that have shaped our students’ journeys: learning and creating, building meaningful connections, and turning ideas and ambition into new possibilities.

Our Dean Federico Frattini and Associate Dean for Open Programs Antonella Moretto opened the celebration, followed by a keynote from Filippo Ghirelli, Founder & Executive Chairman - Infracorp. The afternoon continued with the proclamation ceremony and the presentation of the Best Business Transformation Project, Inspiring Voice, Iconic Moment and Ignite Awards. The programme also featured a contribution from our alumna Simona Melani, Founder of H**e Craft, who shared her experience and reflected on the value of being part of the POLIMI GSoM alumni community.

Today marks the end of one journey and the beginning of another, as our graduates join a community that continues beyond the classroom.

Congratulations to all our MBA and EMBA graduates as they embark on the next stage of their journey!

We officially kicked off our International Full-Time MBA and welcomed a new group of students to our community.

Our New-Generation MBA brings together purpose, innovation and technology, with AI-powered learning integrated throughout the programme. Over the coming months, students will develop the knowledge and perspectives to navigate complex global contexts, exploring topics from sustainability and digitalisation to innovation and leadership.

The kick-off was a first opportunity to come together, get to know the journey ahead and hear from members of our community and the business world. The day included an opening speech by Antonella Moretto, our Associate Dean for Open Programs, and a thought-provoking lecture by our Dean Federico Frattini, followed by insights from Programme Directors Arianna Seghezzi and Massimiliano Guerini.

Students also discovered the project developed with Fondazione Sicomoro, before concluding the day with an inspiring speech by Paolo Poma, CFO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., introduced by Marco Giorgino, Professor at POLIMI GSoM.

A new journey has begun: one built around learning, exchange and the opportunity to bring different perspectives together as we explore what it means to lead with Purpose in a changing world.
