Istituto Secoli is heading to Brazil for the 2026 edition of ‘Conecta Mundo’, the international cooperation programme promoted by the International Relations Department (GRI) of the FIEP System (Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná), in collaboration with Broseghini Consulting. The Institute has been selected by the FIEP System as a partner of excellence for the initiative, confirming the international recognition of its expertise in the fashion sector.
The programme was set up with the aim of strengthening the clothing, textile and leather goods industries in Paraná through a programme of exchange and in-depth study focused on innovation, management and the skills that characterise ‘Made in Italy’.
From 25 August to 4 September, Istituto Secoli – led by its Director, Giorgio Secoli – is at the centre of a packed programme of events. The programme kicks off with the organisation’s participation in Expo+Indústria, in Curitiba/Pinhais, where training workshops are scheduled to take place at the Senai Moda Maker mobile unit, alongside the main event on 27 August.
The mission continues with a series of technical visits to the country’s main production centres, including Foz do Iguaçu, Cascavel, Cianorte, Maringá and Londrina, and concludes with a conference in Apucarana.
This is an important opportunity for international dialogue and collaboration, reaffirming Istituto Secoli’s commitment to promoting Italian patternmaking culture and manufacturing, and to showcasing the expertise of ‘Made in Italy’ on a global scale.
