Il Vis Moot è una competizione internazionale tra oltre 400 Università in materia di arbitrato e Convenzione di Vienna sulla vendita internazionale di beni mobili. E' un'occasione unica per gli studenti per acquisire un bagaglio di conoscenze giuridiche e pratiche fondamentali per la futura carriera lavorativa, nonchè per viaggiare e incontrare i maggiori esponenti attivi nel mondo dell'arbitrato e del diritto del commercio internazionale.

Here’s the journey of the 27th Vis Moot Team ✨
It started with the Vis Moot School in Zurich, which we really enjoyed, followed by months of researching and writing for the Memoranda. Luckily we survived, and we had our first Pre Moot in Rome. Just when we were getting ready to travel and plead on our way to Vienna, the Corona Virus cancelled our plans. Locked at home, we thought this was going to be the end of our experience, but we managed to partecipate in the Virtual Moot.
Although it didn’t go as expected, still we are grateful for such an amazing adventure and we can’t wait to meet all the former mooties as soon as possible!

After seven months of hard work and unforgettable experiences, the 26th Willem C. Vis Moot has come to an end. In Vienna, we had the honour to plead against very talented teams and to get priceless advice from eminent practitioners and professors from all over the world. This year the oral hearings gathered 376 teams from more than 80 countries! Such an extraordinary experience would have never been possible without the help and support of all our coaches.
The Bocconi Team would also like to give a final thank to the organisers of this amazing competition and to all participating teams and arbitrators.

And also the Helsinki Pre-Moot is over!

We had the opportunity to plead against very talented teams and to have a lot of fun. Thus, we would like to express the warmest gratitude to all the teams, coaches, arbitrators involved and to Roschier Finland, Castrén & Snellman, Hannes Snellman for making this happen.

At the IV edition of the AIA-CAM Pre-moot Bocconi Team - Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot was awarded third place.

A big thanks to the Universität Zürich for hosting the 2018 edition of the Vis Moot School. It was a pleasure to meet some of our colleagues participating in the competition, and to receive helpful guidance from brilliant practitioners with deep knowledge in the field.

Vienna is over!
Bocconi Vis Moot Team is proud to announce to have won an honourable mention for our Memorandum for Claimant.

We would like to thank our coaches for all the support they gave us during these months. We also say thank you to all the people involved in this great event.
