Il Career Service fornisce a studenti e laureati gli strumenti e il supporto più adeguati per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro. I cinque principali servizi attraverso cui opera:
• Stage e tirocini: promuove stage e tirocini in
Italia e all’estero.
• Orientamento al lavoro e alle professioni: svolge attività di orientamento al lavoro e alle professioni attraverso seminari, incontri di presentazione aziendali e consulenze individuali gratuite
• Job placement: favorisce l’incontro tra la domanda e l’offerta di lavoro svolgendo un’attività di intermediazione per aiutare i propri studenti e laureati a inserirsi nel mondo del lavoro
• Career Day: ogni anno a maggio promuove Università Aperta, la giornata di incontro rivolta ad aziende/enti e studenti/laureati per un dialogo aperto tra mondo universitario e mondo del lavoro. Inoltre a novembre organizza Università Aperta Ingegneria dove, oltre a studenti e laureati, le aziende incontrano i docenti

• Osservatorio del mercato locale del lavoro: monitora l’evoluzione del
mondo produttivo attraverso l’analisi dei bisogni di professionalità e di inserimento occupazionale nei diversi settori economici. I risultati delle attività di ricerca sono raccolti nei quaderni della collana Pharos

The Career Service provides students and graduates with the most appropriate tools and support to help them enter the world of work. The five main services it offers are:
• Work placements and internships: promotes work placements and internships in Italy and abroad.
• Career guidance: it provides career guidance through seminars, company presentation sessions and free individual consultations
• Job placement: it helps match job seekers with vacancies by acting as an intermediary to assist students and graduates in entering the world of work
• Career Day: every May, it organises ‘Università Aperta’, a day of meetings aimed at companies/organisations and students/graduates to foster open dialogue between the academic world and the world of work. Furthermore, in November, it organises ‘Università Aperta Ingegneria’, where, in addition to students and graduates, companies meet with lecturers: www.universitaperta.com
• Local Labour Market Observatory: monitors developments in the
business world by analysing the demand for professional skills and employment opportunities across various economic sectors. The results of the research are published in the Pharos series
