International robotic community meets Padova.

IAS13: The 13th International Conference on Intelligent Autonomous System

From 15th to 19th of July, Padova will host IAS13, the renowned international conference on Intelligent Autonomous System. The city will be the main meeting point for the robotic worldwide community. As in the last edition, hundred of researchers are expected to attend the conference from several countries and to present, to share, to discuss and their last advances in robotic, artificial intelligence, autonomous navigation, computer vision, human-machine interaction.

The event is organized by the IAS-Lab of the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Padova and it will be supported by several sponsors and IT companies. Last but not least, a workshop for celebrating the 20 years of the International Society for Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS-Society) and the IAS series of Conferences will be organized in Venice, immediately following the end of IAS13 event. The Workshop will include a full day of Invited Talks, contributed interactive presentations, and contributed posters on July 19, and will end with a social dinner on a private boat in the San Mark basin to watch from the lagoon the public fireworks for the “Feast of the Redeemer”.

IAS13 will be a great opportunity for scientists, researchers, pioneers to present their vision on the role of the robotic in the next future.

The registration to IAS-13conference is open.

To register to the conference, you must access: http://www.ias-13.org/registration/ where you can find all instructions and registration fees. You will also find the new link to the registration form: http://www.ias-13.org/registration-form/

The deadline for early registration is May 15, 2014;
Late registration ends July 1, 2014;
On site registration fees will apply after July 1.

IMPORTANT: The Workshop Registration and the Conference Registration do not include the registration to the Post-Conference Workshop “New Research Frontiers for Intelligent Autonomous Systems” (NRF-IAS-2014) @ Venice, July 18-19, 2014 that has to be done apart and in addition.

The IAS 13 Organizing Committee announce that the deadline for applications for the Travel Grant supported by AI * IA The Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence has been extended to June 1st, 2014.

The Candidates, must be members of AI*IA and should send the Travel Grant application to [email protected] by June 1st, 2014.
