Przed nami kolejna mobilność w ramach programu Erasmus+!

Z radością informujemy, że projekt nr 2025-1-PL01-KA121-VET-000316468, realizowany w ramach Akredytacji w sektorze Kształcenie i Szkolenia Zawodowe, otrzymał dofinansowanie w wysokości € 100 985,00. Uzyskane środki umożliwią realizację kolejnej mobilności zagranicznej, stanowiącej istotny element rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych, językowych i społecznych uczniów oraz kadry pedagogicznej.

W ramach projektu zaplanowano udział 36 uczniów oraz 3 nauczycieli – opiekunów, którzy wezmą udział w dwutygodniowych zagranicznych praktykach zawodowych realizowanych we Włoszech. Mobilność odbędzie się w terminie 8–19 czerwca (z uwzględnieniem dni podróży), a program praktyk zostanie zrealizowany w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy, zgodnie z profilem kształcenia uczestników.

Projekt odpowiada na realne potrzeby uczniów oraz całej społeczności szkolnej w zakresie nowoczesnego kształcenia zawodowego. Jego głównym celem jest umożliwienie młodzieży zdobycia praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych w zagranicznych przedsiębiorstwach, podniesienie jakości nauczania oraz przygotowanie przyszłych absolwentów do skutecznego funkcjonowania na krajowym i europejskim rynku pracy. Istotnym założeniem inicjatywy jest także budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku szkoły w regionie oraz systematyczne podnoszenie standardów kształcenia.

Podczas mobilności uczniowie zrealizują intensywny program praktyk zawodowych, który pozwoli im na rozwój kompetencji branżowych, poznanie nowoczesnych technologii oraz innowacyjnych metod pracy stosowanych w zagranicznych przedsiębiorstwach. Równolegle uczestnicy wezmą udział w programie edukacyjno-kulturowym, który umożliwi im poznanie kultury, historii oraz realiów życia codziennego kraju przyjmującego. Takie doświadczenia sprzyjają poszerzaniu horyzontów, rozwijaniu postaw otwartości oraz wzmacnianiu samodzielności i odpowiedzialności.

Ważnym elementem projektu jest również udział jednego nauczyciela w mobilności typu job-shadowing. Nauczyciel będzie miał możliwość obserwowania pracy zagranicznych specjalistów, poznania organizacji kształcenia zawodowego w innym kraju oraz wymiany doświadczeń z przedstawicielami sektora edukacji i rynku pracy. Zdobyta wiedza i dobre praktyki zostaną wykorzystane w codziennej pracy dydaktycznej, przyczyniając się do unowocześniania metod nauczania oraz modyfikacji programów kształcenia zgodnie z aktualnymi potrzebami rynku pracy.

Cele projektu obejmują w szczególności:
• rozwój wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych uczniów poprzez pracę w zagranicznych przedsiębiorstwach;
• podnoszenie kompetencji językowych uczestników, zwłaszcza w zakresie specjalistycznego słownictwa branżowego oraz komunikacji w języku obcym;
• kształtowanie kompetencji miękkich, takich jak samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, umiejętność pracy w zespole i adaptacji do nowych warunków;
• zwiększenie mobilności zawodowej młodzieży oraz ich gotowości do podejmowania pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym;
• rozwój współpracy szkoły z zagranicznymi partnerami oraz budowanie trwałych relacji sprzyjających realizacji kolejnych inicjatyw edukacyjnych.

Projekt realizowany jest we współpracy z włoską organizacją Futuro e Progresso APS, która zapewnia wysoką jakość merytoryczną i organizacyjną praktyk zawodowych, a także wsparcie logistyczne podczas pobytu uczestników za granicą. Właściwy dobór partnera zagranicznego stanowi gwarancję skutecznej realizacji wszystkich założonych celów projektu oraz osiągnięcia trwałych rezultatów edukacyjnych.

Closing Ceremony - International Internships in Italy
Two weeks full of experiences, new challenges, and unforgettable moments have come to an end. The international vocational internships in Italy were a unique and valuable experience for the students, bringing not only new professional skills, but also many emotions, inspirations, and meaningful memories. Every day created an opportunity to learn, discover new places, meet new people, explore Italian culture, and gain experiences that will certainly be useful in the future. After the final day of internships, the time came to summarise the entire mobility experience together. The students had the opportunity to look back on the past two weeks, share their reflections, and talk about the experiences and moments that will remain in their memories for a long time. It was a special moment filled with emotions, gratitude, and awareness of how much had happened during this short but incredibly intensive period. An important part of the meeting was also the mobility evaluation and the certificate ceremony. It was a meaningful moment when participants could proudly reflect on everything that had been achieved and receive confirmation of the competences and commitment gained during the project. Although homesickness was present at times, every participant returns home richer in new experiences, knowledge, skills, and friendships. This journey leaves behind much more than photos and souvenirs - it leaves memories that will stay for a long time. Thank you for following the Italian adventure of the students over the past two weeks. One thing is certain - this is not goodbye, but simply… see you again!

Day 11 - 21.05.2026 - International Internships in Italy
Every day here has a different flavour. Some participants begin the morning by preparing rooms and making sure hotel guests can feel comfort and Italian hospitality from the very first moments of their stay. Others start the day in the kitchen, where the aroma of fresh herbs, pasta, and local products blends with the emotions connected to working in a real Italian gastronomic environment. With each passing day, the students become more confident in their professional duties. It is no longer only about observing mentors at work, but also about independently completing tasks, making decisions, and gaining experience that cannot be learned from textbooks. The internships in Italy show that vocational education is much more than theory and routines - it is about people, the atmosphere of the place, teamwork, and everyday situations that develop responsibility, organisation, and self-confidence. Following the internships, the group had the opportunity to spend a special afternoon in the picturesque town of Arquà Petrarca. During the visit, a local olive oil mill was explored, where the process of olive oil production was presented - from harvesting the olives to the final product. The owner explained traditional production methods and shared valuable tips on how to recognise high-quality olive oil and appreciate its flavour. The experience also included a tasting session, which became an interesting and aromatic experience for the students. After the visit to the olive oil mill, time was spent walking through the charming streets of Arquà Petrarca, admiring the medieval architecture, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It was an afternoon full of new experiences, Italian flavours, and unforgettable moments that will remain in the participants' memories for a long time.

Day 12 - 22.05.2026 - International Internships in Italy
The final day of vocational internships has come to an end. It was a day marked by the continuation of professional tasks, but also by the awareness that an exceptional stage full of new experiences and vocational challenges was coming to a close. For the last time, the students had the opportunity to test their skills in the Italian working environment, using the knowledge and experience gained throughout the entire stay. Students of the Food and Gastronomy Services programme once again worked with recipes and local products typical of Italian cuisine. Meals and beverages were prepared with attention to the proper selection of ingredients, aesthetic presentation, and organisation of work in a professional kitchen environment. Students of the Hotel Management programme carried out tasks related to preparing accommodation units, taking care of public areas, and organising rooms for guests. The duties performed created another opportunity to use the skills developed during the internships and demonstrate how much had been learned throughout the mobility period. Although it was the final day of internships, there was no lack of commitment, smiles, and satisfaction from well-completed tasks. Every day of this mobility project became another step towards gaining experience and developing professional competences.

Italian internship abroad - Day 12 (22 May 2026)

The Italian adventure has come to an end, although the project itself continues. On the final day of the mobility, a summary of the entire stay was prepared and the results of the participants' work were discussed. Under the supervision of mentors, the students organised the knowledge they had gained, evaluated the development of their competences, and took part in the final project evaluation. Both the students participating in the internships and the teacher involved in the job shadowing activities received certificates confirming their participation in the international programme. The mobility proved to be a valuable experience that contributed to the development of professional skills, helped overcome language barriers, and provided a deeper understanding of another culture.

Italian internship abroad - Day 11 (21 May 2026)

Thursday marked the second-to-last day of the Italian mobility programme for the participating students. Learners specialising in the hospitality sector gained experience related to professional customer service and the organisation of work in the catering area. Their responsibilities included preparing spaces for guests, ensuring the aesthetic presentation of table settings, serving orders, and maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and order.
At the same time, students involved in the logistics programme became familiar with the functioning of warehouse facilities. Their tasks included receiving goods, checking deliveries against documentation, sorting products, and monitoring their condition and quality.
After completing their internships, the students and accompanying staff spent time in the town of Abano Terme, where they were accommodated, enjoying the final moments of their Italian experience.
