📢 ARCES at the forefront of marine protection: we are participating in the Training Course of the Black Sea SIERRA project!
https://www.incdpm.org/blackseasierra-project
The Black Sea SIERRA Project is funded by the European Union under the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) 2021–2027, with grants administered by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).
We are happy to announce ARCES's participation as a speaker in the prestigious training course organized within the framework of the "Black Sea SIERRA" project, which will be held in Ordu (Turkey) in a hybrid and online format.
Our session is scheduled for June 16th, 2026, a day entirely dedicated to the sustainability of the Blue Economy and current ecological challenges. Alessandro Pernice, representing ARCES, will deliver two key presentations:
• 🔄 "From Fish to Bio innovation: A Circular Economy Perspective"
• 🤝 "Capacity building and multi-level cooperation"
We firmly believe in cooperation and innovation to counter marine pollution, a threat made even more critical by recent warfare conflicts.
The event will span over 4 days. Below you will find the complete program and the links to connect and follow the sessions day by day:
