👩🏫 Anna Bellavitis, Full Professor of Early Modern History at the University of Rouen.
🎓 After earning her Laurea at the University of Bologna, she completed a PhD in History at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (Paris) and obtained her Habilitation at the University of Lyon2.
📚 A specialist in women’s and gender history, labour history, and early modern urban history, she has led numerous international research projects in collaboration with European universities. She is currently Principal Investigator of the ANR-funded project DÉFI – Gender and Agency in Venice, Florence, Naples, Palermo (2024–2028).
