"D-Care 2.0: A Multi-tone Multi-LLM Chatbot Assistant for New Diabetes Patients"

This study compares four state-of-the-art LLMs for supporting new diabetes patients through an AI-powered chatbot. Evaluation has been done through standard metrics and a user study with 40 participants.
The work is the result of a collaboration between University of Pavia - Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering and Neosperience Health.

We are proud to share that Marco Porta, a member of our laboratory at Università degli studi di Pavia, was invited as a Keynote Speaker at the 27th International Conference on Computer Systems and Technologies (CompSysTech'26), held at the University of Ruse, Bulgaria, on 26–27 June 2026.

His keynote, entitled “Intelligent Interaction at a Glance: The Future of Gaze-Aware Systems”, explored the latest advances and future directions in gaze-aware technologies, highlighting how intelligent systems can leverage eye gaze to enable more natural, adaptive, and effective human-computer interaction.

We are delighted to see our research contributing to the international scientific community and fostering discussions on the future of intelligent interactive systems.
