The FELIX International Workshop has just come to an end in Rome after two intense and inspiring days of scientific exchange and international collaboration.
Researchers and experts from different disciplines came together to discuss fascinating topics including cat domestication, paleogenomics, archaeozoology, evolution, isotopic analyses and human–animal interactions across history.
A heartfelt thank you to all the speakers and participants for the stimulating discussions and collaborative spirit. Special thanks to Claudio Ottoni PI of the FELIX project, for bringing together such an engaging and vibrant international community and to Centro Congressi Cavour Roma for the excellent hospitality and organization.
Today’s visit to the extraordinary Roman Domus at Palazzo Valentini was the perfect conclusion to these memorable days, a beautiful reminder that science also grows through culture, shared experiences and human connections.
