Ha preso il via oggi a Budapest, presso la sede del sindacato ungherese VASAS, il corso di formazione rivolto ai membri dei Comitati Aziendali Europei (CAE) del settore metalmeccanico, organizzato da SINDNOVA nell’ambito del progetto europeo MEET - "Verso una transizione verde e giusta del settore metalmeccanico: migliorare il coinvolgimento dei membri CAE nelle imprese multinazionali".
L’iniziativa mira a rafforzare le competenze dei rappresentanti dei lavoratori a livello europeo, con un focus specifico sulle sfide e le opportunità della transizione verde.
Due giornate di formazione e confronto tra sindacalisti e delegati provenienti da diversi paesi europei, per promuovere un dialogo sociale di qualità e una partecipazione efficace nei processi di ristrutturazione e innovazione.
🇬🇧Today marks the start, in Budapest, of the training course, for members of European Works Councils (EWCs) in the metalworking sector, organized by Sindnova as part of the European project MEET - "Towards a green and just transition of the metal sector: improving EWCs’ members involvement in
multinational companies", and hosted at the headquarters of the Hungarian trade union VASAS.
The initiative aims to enhance the skills of workers’ representatives at the European level, with a special focus on the challenges and opportunities of the green transition.
Over two days, trade unionists and delegates from various European countries will exchange experiences and knowledge to promote quality social dialogue and effective participation in restructuring and innovation processes.
