ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL attended the 2nd Transnational meeting of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”, hosted by Dania Akademy in Randers Denmark from 6 march to 9 march 2023. During the meeting twelve representatives from the partner countries have discussed operational topics of the project and united the vision of the expected results.

The project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”:

The project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit“, No. 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000033140, gathers together six partners: HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, City Unity College Nicosia (Cyprus), Dania Academy (Denmark), DigitalGuest APS (Sweden), INERCIA DIGITAL SL (Spain) and ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL SRL (Italy). The international cooperation between the partners helps to unite the capacity for R&D, share existing practices and develop the working consilium on the best solutions to address the needs of all involved countries and beyond at the level of VET learners, VET educators and the labour market, covering the interests of increasing digital and digitalisation skills capacity in EU.

The aim of the project is to enhance access to training and qualifications for all, supported by pooling of resources, providing initial and/or continuing training to the staff, and strengthening further the key competences in initial and continuing VET, in particular digital skills, green skills, employability.

We had a great time with Ms Maria And Mr Antonio from Spain on adult project discussion about art and gastronomy.
The collaboration with CEPA Giner de Los Ríos which help out the adults to learn art and gastronomy, learning new technologies which is developed the key competences in the participants and create awareness of usage new technologies in Hospitality and management.

Participants of Bulgaria experience about the problems of student’s and prevention of aggression and school bullying. The program aims to improve language and intercultural skills, to develop teamwork spirit, to raise self-confidence and awareness of European citizenship.
