Apply now for the second edition of the Civis Summer School "Rights and Democracy. The multilevel protection of Fundamental Rights and the role of Constitutional and European Courts", (coordinator Prof. Maria Grazia Rodomonte - Department of Political Science). This year the classes will be structured in a virtual part, from 25 January 2023 to 19 May 2023, and in a physical part, from 12 to 16 June 2023, at the Department of Political Science. The course, entirely in English, is addressed to PhD and Master's degree students of the Universities of the Civis network, who are interested in deepening their knowledge of the protection of rights in Europe through a critical approach and active participation, in an international context. The Summer school aims to offer students a broad view of the state of democracy and the protection of rights in Europe, not only through lectures but also through round tables, workshops and working groups. Cultural and social activities are planned. Possibility of recognition of 4 ECTS.
