🌍 Welcome Week | April 2026 Intake

We are happy to have welcomed over 1400 new students from all over the world - International, Global, Bachelor, and Executive Master programs - all starting their journey into a truly global learning environment.

Across the week, students met faculty, directors, and industry leaders, taking part in sessions, talks, Q&As, and networking moments designed to introduce them to life at RBS.

Among the highlights:

For our International, Global and Bachelor students, Danilo Belloni, Country Manager at Apple, shared a message about growth and direction: “You can have a direction. You must have values. But the specific path? That is written as you walk it.”

Executive students also had the chance to hear from Roberto Andreoli, Vice President Solution Engineering at Salesforce, who reflected on what truly defines experience and leadership: “True seniority is not measured by the jobs and titles you’ve acquired. It is measured by the scars you’ve accumulated.”

Throughout the week, students connected with companies and professionals from leading organizations such as Apple, Salesforce, P&G, Fendi, Oracle, Toyota, Sony, Visa, WFP, IBM, PMI, Ferrovie dello Stato, Google, and many more - gaining first insights into the world of work and future opportunities.

We are very glad to have moderated the 4th edition of the TEHA Smart Building Community event, organized by The European House – Ambrosetti and hosted at the Eni Plenitude headquarters in Milan.

A moment of discussion on the future of the construction sector, increasingly driven by innovation, data, and sustainability across the entire building lifecycle.

The session was moderated by Valerio Mancini, Director of the Divulgative Research Center at Rome Business School, who guided the dialogue between companies, professionals, and stakeholders on the trends reshaping the way buildings are designed and managed.

Three key focus areas:

🔹 Building automation and BIM
🔹 Proptech and real estate asset management
🔹 Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI)

From digital design to asset management, and up to the measurement of building performance, the discussion highlighted how Smart Building is becoming a new way of thinking the entire value chain.

In a sector that involves over 27 million people in Europe, digitalisation, data, and new technologies are reshaping the rules of the game. 🌍
