We had the pleasure of welcoming Santiago Peralta, Founder of Paccari Chocolate, to JCU - and yes, we got to taste the chocolate, too!⁠

Santiago shared how Paccari’s tree-to-bar model puts direct trade, transparency, and respect for people and the planet at the heart of chocolate production.⁠
