Our students had a delicious hands-on experience learning how to prepare two true Italian classics: homemade fettuccine and the irresistible tiramisù. 🇮🇹❤️

Our Culture and Cuisine class spent a wonderful day at La Taverna del Mossob, an Ethiopian restaurant in Rome’s vibrant Pigneto neighborhood.
A great opportunity for our students to discover new flavors, traditions, and a different culinary culture — all while enjoying a meal together! 🇪🇹✨

🍦 Learning never tasted so good! 🇮🇹
Our students had the chance to go behind the scenes at Gelateria Fassi, one of Rome’s historic gelaterias, for a special extracurricular experience!
From discovering the secrets of traditional Italian gelato to getting hands-on and making it themselves, it was a delicious mix of learning, teamwork and Italian culture. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🍨
A sweet experience they won’t forget! 💛
