Emilia Astore, Human Rights Education Head of Unit, Amnesty International Italia
Trainer and consultant in human rights education, organizational development, and conflict management. Over the past 15 years, my work has focused on developing human rights learning programs for various organizations in the public and private sectors. My areas of expertise include human rights, participation, intersectionality, conflict management, and community empowerment. I currently serve as Educational Advisor for the Italian Section of Amnesty International – Education and Training Office.
Charlie Robertson, Co-founder of Make it Werk
Charlie Robertson is a facilitator and consultant based in Amsterdam, specialising in inclusive leadership, organisational culture, and creative team experiences. As co-founder of Make it Werk, Charlie designs and delivers workshops, retreats, and training programmes for international organisations, bridging theory with practice to foster collaboration and belonging. Drawing on both corporate and community contexts, Charlie brings a perspective on how design and facilitation can nurture inclusivity, empower diverse voices, and create spaces for meaningful change.
Gian Pietro Leonardi, Author, curator of Q***rographies
PhD in English-language literature and an independent scholar of LGBTQIA+ literary cultures. Author of various books on the topic and curator of Q***rographies, a digital and physical archive dedicated to LGBTQIA* publications in Italy. This repository collects, preserves, and makes available to the public complete editorial profiles with bibliographical references.
Simone Riflesso, Graphic Designer, Disability and Intersectional Activist
Graphic designer, then tattoo artist, then quadriplegic. He works on inclusive and accessible communication projects, combining data visualization and information design. Simone Riflesso combines data feminism with social impact projects in which data and accessibility are creative tools for collective transformation. He also provides DE&I training and consulting, focusing on disability, queerness, and anti-ableism from an intersectional perspective. He harnesses the good girl syndrome one hyperfocus at a time, while mapping everything.
