We are selecting new team members for the 28th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. We are looking for students who speak fluently English and are passionated in international commercial law!

What is this about?
The Willem C. Vis Moot is divided into two phases: the written one (deadlines December 2020) and the oral one (April 2021). During the first phase you are going to analyse a case and write two memoranda on behalf of Claimant and Respondent. During the second phase you are going to expose the legal issues in front of an arbitral tribunal composed of professional arbitrators from all over the world!

All the months of hard work just came to an end. This edition of the Willem C. Vis Moot has been challenging, due to the cancellation of the oral rounds in Vienna and the unfortunate circumstances that we are going through. Despite of this, the team formed by Benedetta Graziani Fareeha Noorani Tommaso Di Prospero and Giulio Patrizi adapted to the virtual platform with enthusiasm and diligence and never gave up. Wishing continued success to them, and congratulations to all of this year's mooties for being so resiliant and versatile! See you all next year, in Vienna!

Anche per l’anno accademico 2019-2020 Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza Università Roma Tre parteciperà alla più prestigiosa simulazione processuale nell’ambito dell’arbitrato commerciale internazionale, Willem C. Vis Moot coordinato dalla Prof.ssa Maria Beatrice Deli.
