Thank you for attending in large numbers the conference "Lobbying and Participation. Views from Latin America and the European Union," held on January 9, 2025, in the Conference Hall of the University of Rome UnitelmaSapienza 📌.
A special thanks to the Director of the Department of Law and Digital Society, Prof. Mario Carta, the President of the Italian Chapter of the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law, Prof. Anna Mastromarino, the scientific coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module PLAT-EU, Prof. Pier Luigi Petrillo, and the keynote speakers, Prof. Vânia Aieta and Prof. Francesco Clementi, for sharing their insights on the topic of , its regulation, and its perception in Latin America and Europe.
The event was an enriching opportunity for exchange and discussion. Alumni from the first edition of the PLAT-EU Summer School — Gioia Zanobini, Ludovica Gallo, Elia Aureli and Paolo Scozzi — added further perspectives with their presentation on lobbying activities and their influence on the .
At the conclusion of the conference, the academic coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module, Tommaso Amico di Meane, and the communication manager, Jasmin Jalil, introduced the Summer School ahead of the upcoming for the second edition of the PLAT-EU Summer School. More details coming soon! 📢

Un ringraziamento particolare al Direttore del Dipartimento di Diritto e Società Digitale, prof. Mario Carta, alla Presidente della Sezione italiana dell'Istituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Constitucional, prof.ssa Anna Mastromarino, al coordinatore scientifico del Modulo Jean Monnet PLAT-EU prof.
