Venerdì 12 giugno, il nostro Dipartimento ha avuto il piacere di ospitare la delegazione della Jiangsu Ocean University, composta da rappresentanti di vertice dell’Ateneo e della School of Civil and Ocean Engineering.
La visita, articolata tra tour dei laboratori e tavola rotonda con i docenti, ha rappresentato un’importante occasione di confronto su temi strategici dell'ingegneria civile, costiera e oceanica, quali strutture, infrastrutture, ingegneria ambientale e energie rinnovabili offshore.
Un sincero ringraziamento ai nostri ospiti per la visita e per i graditi doni, segno di attenzione e spirito di collaborazione.
Particolarmente significativo l’interesse manifestato verso i percorsi formativi in Ocean Engineering del nostro Ateneo, sviluppati presso la sede di Ostia.
L’incontro ha gettato le basi per future e proficue sinergie in ambito didattico e scientifico, rafforzando il ruolo della cooperazione internazionale come leva fondamentale per la crescita accademica.
On June 12, our Department had the pleasure of hosting the delegation from Jiangsu Ocean University, including senior representatives of the university and the School of Civil and Ocean Engineering.
The visit, featuring a laboratory tour and a round-table discussion with faculty members, provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on strategic topics in civil, coastal and ocean engineering, including structures, infrastructure, environmental engineering, and offshore renewable energy.
We sincerely thank our guests for their visit and for the thoughtful gifts, a sign of their kindness and collaborative spirit.
Particular interest was shown in the Ocean Engineering degree programs offered at our Ostia campus.
The meeting laid the groundwork for future and fruitful cooperation in both education and research, strengthening the role of international collaboration as a key driver of academic growth.
