"Participation in the Erasmus+ program turned out to be much more than just studying abroad for me. The spring semester spent at Sapienza University in Rome gave me the opportunity to be part of an international academic environment, where every day was associated with new knowledge, interesting people and unforgettable experiences. 😍
During this period, I deepened my knowledge in my specialty, worked in a different academic environment and got acquainted with teaching approaches that showed me new perspectives for professional development. No less important was the interaction with students from different countries. 👭👬
Through these interactions, I not only gained insight into their cultures, traditions and ways of life, but also had the privilege of introducing them to Georgia, our cultural heritage and our values, which was a source of great pride for me.🇬🇪
The exchange program was a process of constant development for me. I learned to adapt quickly to a new environment, take responsibility and become more independent. This significantly changed my view of both education and my own capabilities and convinced me that the experience gained in an international environment is the best way for personal and professional development.👩🎓
In addition, I had the opportunity to travel to various cities in Italy and Europe in my free time, getting to know their culture, history and traditions up close. Each trip was a new discovery that showed me the diversity of the world more broadly and left me with unforgettable impressions. 🤩🗺
I would like to express my special gratitude to the University of Georgia and Sapienza University for this opportunity, support and trust. The Erasmus+ program gave me knowledge, friends, memories and experiences that will stay with me throughout my life and will become one of the most important starting points for my future development. 🥰"
These are the words of Lika from Georgia 🇬🇪 who spent her semester in thanks to the + ICM program! 🇪🇺🤩
